1. General

  • These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and rides with Rs Taxi Service Chandigarh.
  • By confirming a booking, you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and all passengers in your party.
  • We  reserve the right to update or modify these terms without prior notice.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or in office person.
  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation message (SMS/Email/WhatsApp/Call).
  • Customers must provide accurate details (pickup location, drop location, contact information, pick up date and time, etc.)

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled ride in case of One way and minimum 2 days in case of  tour.
  • Cancellations made after this period may attract a cancellation fee.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 2 working days

5. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Passengers must wear seat belts at all times.
  • Smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited in the Cab.
  • Passengers are responsible for their belongings. The company is not liable for lost or forgotten items.
  • Any damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger(s) will be charged to them.

6. Driver & Cab

  • All our drivers are licensed, trained, and instructed to follow traffic and safety rules.
  • The vehicle assigned will match the category booked, subject to availability.
  • All our drivers will be in proper dress uniform.
  • We  reserve the right to refuse service if a passenger is found to be intoxicated, misbehaving, or posing a safety risk.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

  • While we strive for timely service, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for such delays.
  • We are not responsible for indirect losses such as missed flights, trains, or business meetings.
  • Insurance coverage applies as per government regulations and rules.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Customer data (contact, location, booking history) will be collected only for service purposes and will share to any others.
  • We will not share your personal details with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
